What you will gain from self-evaluation!

Self-Evaluation
In the simplest terms, you will have a clear understanding of your cognitive & emotional self-regulation strengths and weaknesses.
The aim of self-regulation is to make achieving an important goal more likely.
Failures to self-regulate may be reflected in poor decision making, slow reactions, misdirected focus and poor performance under pressure.

Comparison
Comparing yourself to others is only useful when done constructively to help with your development and with the use of data. Awareness is the first step towards success. You'll gain awareness and receive answers to the following questions.
- Am I self-regulating effectively?
- Should I improve my self-regulation and cognitive skills for racing performance?
The process works in 2 stages and is completed online:
1. Emotional and mood profiling
2. Completing a brain test battery, measuring 5 crucial cognitive skills for racing success: reaction times, decision-making speed, memory capacity, visual search speed and divided attention.
Motorsport is fast-paced and if you want to succeed, you are going to have to learn fast and be at your best when it matters.
You'll receive a data report to provide you with an understanding of how your performance compares to others and which areas may need improvement, so that you can position yourself in all aspects to maximum effect.

Insight
It's important to fully understand where you are at currently. It works the same as with the GPS in your car. If you don't know and enter your current location on the GPS, it cannot calculate the journey to your destination.
Scores on these tests are a good predictor of your potential for future racing success. Research findings indicate that emotional dysregulation during practice and performance can be reduced by mental skills training. If your scores are not yet excellent, you can train your mental skills to improve cognitive and racing performance.
Armed with unique comparison data and the insight it provides for your development, you'll be better prepared to succeed. In addition, you'll also experience more joy and excitement on your journey.
It's essential to be a fast learner, focused, consistent, resilient and quick to perform at high levels.

Progress
If you wish, you may repeat the self-evaluation process in future to monitor your development progress.
